He still has the heart of a champion, no matter what. Win, lose, legal problems, bankruptcy, Iverson was a winner on the court and was a damn good basketball player, arguably the best under 6'0.
2. Chris Webber - Sacramento Kings
Everyone knows Webber got screwed over by the corrupt officials. It is genuinely one of the saddest moment in all of sports, when a deserving team is left unrecognized because of the selfishness of referees and NBA officials. But nobody says anything about it to Shaq or Kobe.
3. Steve Nash - Phoenix Suns
Still trying with the Lost Angeles Lakers, Nash might actually reach his goal but only has 3 more years to do so. He's on a stacked team that just needs to gel. Nash, like Webber, is also an unfortunate victim of corrupt officiating, losing to the Spurs in the 2007 Western Conference Finals when it is a fact they should have won. The Spurs went onto the Finals to sweep the terrible Cavaliers, and that should have been Phoenix's first championship.
4. Antonio McDyess - San Antonio Spurs
He joined the Pistons right after their 2004 championship run, and they never won again with him. Then he joined the Spurs right after their 2007 championship run, failing again to acquire a championship with the team. I just feel bad for the guy.
5. Karl Malone - Los Angeles Lakers
He was on that stacked Lakers team in 2004 that were the favorites to win. Other than that, he was never going to get a championship in the Michael Jordan era.
Others: Reggie Miller, Charles Barkley, Elgin Baylor, George Gervin, John Stockton
